Disability Not Inability (DNI) Foundation celebrated International Day of Persons with Disabilities at The Three Kings Special School for the Mentally Handicapped located at Battor in the Volta Region on Saturday December 3rd 2022.
The team made a Cheque donation of GHc4,000.00 to support the center and 100 packs of food, packs of drinks and water, stationery and toiletries.
This Cheque donation was funded by Tees Afrique, an Afro centric fashion, apparel, premium and lifestyle brand with a vision to positively impact and influence lives by creating platforms that accommodate conversations while shaping our tomorrow through the support of sustainable development.
Other items like food, drinks, water, stationery and toiletries were sponsored through crowdfunding campaigns.

International Day of Persons with Disabilities is marked to educate the public on issues of concern, it highlights the importance of inclusivity, accessibility and equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities, while also celebrating their achievements and contributions to society.
The day is dedicated to promoting the rights and wellbeing of persons with disabilities at every level of society and development, and to raise awareness of the challenges of persons with disabilities in all aspects of physical, political, social, economic and cultural life.
